I moved my family to Dayton in 1995 to enjoy all that Dayton has to offer; the rivers, mountains, close community ties, safety and security within the community and close proximity to larger cities while enjoying the small-town lifestyle.

I enjoyed a 20+ year career in the restraint business both in management and ownership. In 2006 I obtained my realtor's license and began an exciting adventure in Real Estate. In 2007 i joined Christys Realty; within tow years I became the Designated Broker/Owner. I feel fortunate to be able to buy Christys Realty and we have consistently proven to be a top producer in sales, listings and property management. I truly enjoy working with clients to find them the perfect home/property/business for them. My patience is endless, my follow up is diligent through closing the transaction. I have great working realationships with lenders, appraisers, and title companies as well as with fellow Realtors. I work very hard to make myself available including that the office phone rings through to my cell phone if the office is closed.

Although the past few years have been challenging with working environmental changes, the growth in sales I have added two amazing Brokers to the business: Chelsea Mann and Owen Lanning. They bring youth, knowledge, and the spirit of excellent service to my office. I am very proud of them both!

I have an outstanding wife, 3 wonderful kids and 8 amazing grandkids and I love the work that I do. But enough about me/us....... How can we help you?
